  • 3 corn cobs, husks and silk removed
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Crumbled blue cheese, to serve
  • Chopped flat-leaf parsley, to serve
  • Ranch dressing, to serve

Method

  1. Step 1

    Use a sharp knife to cut corn cobs in half crossways. Turn upright and cut lengthways into quarters. Place in a bowl with the oil and paprika and toss to coat.
  2. Step 2

    Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Arrange corn in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer. Cook, turning halfway through cooking, for 15 mins or until the corn is tender and curls slightly. Sprinkle with blue cheese and parsley. Serve with ranch dressing.

    In the oven: to make corn ribs without an air fryer, bake at 190°C for 20 mins or until the corn is tender and curls slightly.
