  • 1 small baguette, cut into 1cm-thick slice
  • 100g marinated goat’s cheese
  • 1 Royal Gala apple, cored, thinly sliced
  • Honey, to serve
  • Toasted chopped walnuts, to serve
  • Finely chopped chives, to serve

  1. Step 1

    Heat a chargrill pan on high. Spray bread with olive oil spray. Cook on the grill for 1-2 mins each side or until toasted. Set aside to cool slightly. 

  2. Step 2

    Spread bread with goat’s cheese. Top with apple and drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with walnut and chives. Season with pepper and serve immediately.
