Apple cinnamon pancakes

Ingredients

  • ½ cup CERELAC Multigrain with Banana & Apple Baby Cereal
  • 1 (200g) ripe medium banana, mashed
  • ½ cup (60g) apple, grated
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil for cooking

Method

  1. Step 1

    In a bowl, mix the dry CERELAC Multigrain with Banana & Apple baby cereal, banana, apple, egg and cinnamon. 

  2. Step 2

    Pour a small amount of extra virgin olive oil on a non-stick pan over medium heat.

  3. Step 3

    Add tablespoonfuls of mixture to the pan; cook 2 minutes each side or until golden; repeat with remaining mixture, serve warm.
