This cos lettuce salad is gluten free, light on your hip pocket, and perfect for your next barbecue.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup (80ml) buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup (100g) mayonnaise
  • 1 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 Coles Australian Baby Cos Lettuce, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup yellow celery leaves, stalks attached
  • 1/4 bunch chives, cut into 2cm lengths
  • 100g Coles Blue Stilton, coarsely crumbled

Method

  1. Step 1

    Whisk buttermilk, mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl until smooth. Season.

  2. Step 2

    Arrange the lettuce and celery on a serving platter. Sprinkle with the chives and blue cheese. Drizzle with half the dressing and serve with the remaining dressing.
