Ingredients

  • 375g Coles Simply Spiral Pasta
  • 2 middle bacon rashers (from the deli), chopped
  • 1/2 x 400g pkt frozen deli grilled veggies
  • 400g can Coles Simply Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 cup (100g) shredded mozzarella

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Cook pasta in a saucepan of boilingwater following packet directions or until al dente. Drain, reserving 1 cup (250ml) cooking liquid.

  2. Step 2

    Heat a greased large deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the bacon and cook, stirring, for 4 mins or until golden. Add the pasta, grilled veggies, tomato and reserved cooking liquid and stir to combine. Season. Spoon into a 10-cup (2.5L) baking dish. Sprinkle with the mozzarella.

  3. Step 3

    Bake for 20 mins or until the top is golden and mixture is heated through. Divide among serving bowls and serve immediately.
