Ingredients

  • 400g cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 400g broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 125g middle bacon rashers, coarsely chopped
  • 2 x 180g tubs Black Swan Warming Cheesy Garlic & Herb dip
  • 1/2 cup (60g) shredded tasty cheddar
  • Basil leaves, to serve

Method

  1. Step 1

    Cook the cauliflower in a large saucepan of boiling water for 8 mins or until tender, adding the broccoli for the last 3 mins of cooking. Drain.
  2. Step 2

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Heat a lightly greased saucepan over medium heat. Cook bacon, stirring, for 5 mins or until golden. Add dip and broccoli mixture and stir until heated through. Spoon into a baking dish and sprinkle with cheddar.
  3. Step 3

    Bake for 10 mins or until the cheddar melts and the mixture is heated through. Sprinkle with basil to serve.
