Preheat oven to 220°C. Grease a 12-cup (3L) baking dish. Cook the pasta in a saucepan of boiling water following packet directions or until al dente. Drain well.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the bacon and cook, stirring, for 5 mins or until golden. Add the onion and cook, stirring, for 1 min or until onion softens. Add the mince and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up lumps, for 3-4 mins or until mince changes colour.
Add the mixed herbs, tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce and mustard to the bacon mixture and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring, for 5 mins or until mixture thickens slightly. Season. Gently stir in the pasta. Spoon pasta mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and season with pepper.
Bake for 10-12 mins or until the cheese melts and is golden. Divide pasta bake among serving plates and serve immediately.
