These banana bliss balls are delicious and all natural. A top snack to enjoy throughout the day, with breakfast, or as a guilt-free dessert.

  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1½ cups (135g) rolled oats
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1 tbs tahini
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • Desiccated coconut, to coat

Method

  1. Step 1

    Process banana, oats, honey, tahini and chia seeds in a food processor until combined. Roll 1-tbs portions of mixture into balls and place on a lined baking tray lined.
  2. Step 2

    Roll balls in coconut or sesame seeds to coat. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
