No problem, the recipe tastes just as good in a glass, mug or bowl. Whichever you use, they must be clean and dry before food prep begins. If you’re serving up breakfast for more than one person, simply multiply this recipe to make as many jars as you need. If you are looking to pre-prepare a week’s worth of breakfast jars, mix the yoghurt, honey and cinnamon, but hold off adding the protein bar or fruit until you're ready to eat. This will keep it fresh and crunchy.
