Rub seasoning all over the beef. Place the corn on a microwave-safe plate and cover. Cook in microwave on high for 2 mins or until kernels start to soften.
Heat a chargrill on high. Cook the corn, turning, for 5 mins or until charred. Cook beef on the grill for 3-4 mins each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Set aside for 5 mins to rest. Thinly slice the beef. Use a serrated knife to cut down the sides of the corn to remove the kernels. Place in a bowl with the beef and salad mix and toss to combine.
Combine yoghurt and dressing from the salad kit in a bowl. Drizzle over salad. Sprinkle with almonds from the salad kit.
