  • 4 bananas, unpeeled, halved lenghtwats
  • 3/4 cup mini-marshmellows
  • 90g dark chocolate, melted
  • 8 Lotus Biscoff biscuits, crumbled to serve

Method

  1. Step 1

    Heat a covered barbecue grill on medium-low. Spray 4 halved unpeeled bananas with coconut oil spray. Cook, cut-side down, for 2-3 mins or until golden and lightly charred.

  2. Step 2

    Turn and cook for a further 3 mins or until just tender.

  3. Step 3

    Transfer to a baking tray and sprinkle with ¾ cup mini marshmallows.

  4. Step 4

    Place tray on the grill, close the lid and cook for 3 mins or until marshmallows melt.

  5. Step 5

    Arrange on a serving platter and drizzle with 90g melted dark chocolate. Top with crumbled Lotus Biscoff biscuits to serve
