Heat a greased barbecue grill or chargrill on medium-high. Season the pork, nectarine and onion and lightly spray with olive oil spray. Cook the pork for 3 mins each side or until cooked to your liking. Cook the nectarine and onion for 2 mins each side or until lightly charred and tender.
Meanwhile, prepare the salad kit in a large bowl following packet directions.
Cut the nectarine halves into wedges. Add to the salad with the onion and gently toss to combine. Serve pork with the salad and mustard.
