Ingredients

  • 2 x 300g Coles GRAZE Grass Fed Beef Rump Steaks
  • 750g pkt Coles Kitchen Family Vegetable Medley
  • 1 leek, pale section only, thinly sliced
  • 165g pkt Gravox Diane Sauce
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) thickened cream

Method

  1. Step 1

    Heat a greased barbecue grill or chargrill on high. Season the steaks. Cook for 2-3 mins each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a serving platter and cover loosely with foil. Set aside for 5 mins to rest.

  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, cook vegetable medley following packet directions. Spray a medium frying pan with olive oil spray and place over medium heat. Cook leek, stirring, for 5 mins or until soft. Add sauce and bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring, for 1 min. Stir in cream. Simmer for 2 mins or until heated through.

  3. Step 3

    Slice the steaks and drizzle with leek sauce. Serve with vegetables.
