Ingredients

  • 1kg pkt frozen Coles Australian Potatoes Straight Cut Chips
  • 500g pkt Coles Beef Thyme & Parsley Burgers
  • 4 Coles Brioche Burger Buns, split, toasted
  • 2/3 cup (150g) spinach dip
  • 60g pkt Coles Australian Baby Spinach

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Arrange the chips in a single layer over the lined tray. Bake, turning occasionally, for 15 mins or until golden brown and crisp.
  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook the burger patties for 4 mins each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil. Set aside for 5 mins to rest.
  3. Step 3

    Spread the bun bases with the dip. Top with the burger patties and spinach. Top with bun tops. Serve with the chips.
