Ingredients

  • 2 x 85g pkts Coles Beef Instant Noodles (5 pack)
  • 500g Coles Australian Beef 3-Star Mince
  • 200g frozen Coles Australian Stir-Fry Vegetables
  • 200g pkt Passage to Asia Hoisin & Garlic Stir-Fry Sauce
  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place noodles and seasoning sachets in a large microwave-safe bowl. Cover with boiling water and cook in the microwave on high for 2 mins. Set aside for 2 mins. Drain.

  2. Step 2

    Heat a large non-stick wok or frying pan over high heat. Add the mince and stir-fry for 5 mins or until the mince changes colour.

  3. Step 3

    Add the stir-fry mix and stir-fry for 3-4 mins or until heated through.

  4. Step 4

    Add the noodles and sauce and stir-fry for 2 mins or until vegetables are coated in sauce and heated through.

  5. Step 5

    Serve topped with spring onion.
