Ingredients

  • 1/4 watermelon, peeled, chopped
  • 125g raspberries
  • 250g strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • Ice cubes, to serve
  • Watermelon wedges, to serve
  • Mint sprigs, to serve

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place the chopped watermelon, raspberries, strawberry and crushed ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Step 2

    Pour the watermelon mixture into serving glasses. Top with ice cubes, watermelon wedges and mint to serve.



    DIY fruit iceblocks

    For a cool treat, freeze the watermelon mixture to make iceblocks. Simply divide mixture among moulds, insert iceblock sticks and freeze.
