Ingredients

  • 400g pkt Coles Asia Singapore Noodles
  • 500g Coles Australian Beef Mince
  • 2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 150g pkt snow peas, trimmed, halved lengthways
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) Coles Soy Sauce

Method

  1. Step 1

    Cook the noodles in a large saucepan of boiling water, gently stirring, for 2 mins or until just tender. Refresh under cold water. Drain.
  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, heat a lightly greased wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add the mince and stir-fry for 5 mins or until the mince changes colour and any pan juices evaporate. Transfer to a heatproof bowl. Reduce heat to medium. Add the pepper to the wok or pan and cook, stirring, for 30 secs or until aromatic.
  3. Step 3

    Return mince to the wok or pan with snow peas and half the soy sauce and toss to combine. Add the noodles and remaining soy sauce. Stir-fry for 2 mins or until snow peas are tender and mixture is heated through. Divide among serving bowls to serve.
