Need a quick and simple dessert? Look no further than these blueberry jam cream buns, which are ready in 10 minutes. Soft brioche is filled with cream and fruity goodness for the ultimate flavour sensation.

  • 280g pkt Coles French Style Brioche Rolls (8 pack)
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 1 tbs icing sugar mixture
  • ⅓ cup (80ml) blueberry jam, warmed, strained
  • Blueberries, to serve
  • Extra icing sugar

  1. Step 1

    Use a large serrated knife to split the rolls lengthways (don’t cut all the way through). Use an electric mixer to whip the cream and icing sugar in a bowl until soft peaks form.
  2. Step 2

    Transfer the cream mixture to a piping bag fitting with a 1.5cm fluted nozzle. Pipe cream mixture into the rolls. Drizzle with the jam and top with blueberries and dust with extra icing sugar to serve.
