Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (150g) whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard or any mustard
  • 4 Coles Brioche Burger Buns, or any bread rolls, split in half
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 60g Coles Australian Baby Spinach or any salad leaves
  • 8 slices leftover leg ham, chicken or turkey
  • 4 slices tasty cheese or any cheese

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat a sandwich press. Combine the mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl.

  2. Step 2

    Place the bun or bread roll bases on a plate. Spread with the mayonnaise mixture and top with tomato slices, baby spinach or salad leaves, ham, chicken or turkey and cheese. Season and top with the bun tops.

  3. Step 3

    Cook the sandwiches for 2 mins or until cheese melts. Cut in half to serve.
