Ingredients

  • 500g pkt Coles Double Chocolate Brownie baking mix
  • 2 Coles Australian Free Range Eggs
  • 25g butter, melted
  • 450g pkt Aunty Kath’s M&M’s Minis cookie dough
  • Mars M&M’s, to serve
  • Mars M&M’s Minis, to serve
  • Coles Peanut Butter Ice Cream, to serve
  • Chocolate fudge topping, to serve

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a 24cm (base measurement) ovenproof frying pan and line the base with baking paper.
  2. Step 2

    Prepare the brownie mix using the eggs and butter in a bowl. Pour around the edge of the prepared pan.
  3. Step 3

    Shape the cookie dough into a large disc. Place in the centre of the pan. Sprinkle with M&M’s and M&M’s Minis. Bake for 30 mins or until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Step 4

    Top the cookie cake with scoops of ice cream. Drizzle with topping and sprinkle with more M&M’s.
