Ingredients

  • 250g pkt Coles Brownies
  • 1/4 cup (20g) desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup (125g) Coles Bake & Create Vanilla Buttercream Icing
  • 20 strawberries, trimmed
  • 100g Coles Belgian White Chocolate Block, melted
  • 10 mini white marshmallows, halved horizontally

Method

  1. Step 1

    Use a 2.5cm round cutter to cut 10 discs from the brownies. Cut each disc in half horizontally to make 20 small discs.

  2. Step 2

    Place coconut in a shallow bowl. Spread the top of each brownie disc with 1 tsp icing. Dip the base and tip of each strawberry in chocolate, then dip in the coconut to coat. Place the strawberries, cut-side down, on top of the brownie discs. Set aside to set.

  3. Step 3

    Dip each marshmallow half in chocolate and place on the tip of each strawberry to make a pompom.
