2 Coles White Mud Cakes, icing removed
Betty Crocker Creamy Deluxe Vanilla Frosting
100g white chocolate, melted

Method
Step 1
Place 1 cake on a serving plate. Spread with some frosting. Top with the remaining cake. Cover top and side with more frosting. Smooth the surface.
Step 2
To make the ‘splash’ bowl, place the chocolate in a bowl. Inflate a balloon and spray with oil. Dip the top-half of the balloon in chocolate. Set aside until set. Carefully pop the balloon and discard. Place the chocolate bowl on the cake. Decorate the cake and fill the ‘splash’ bowl with Froot Loops.
