  • 500g pkt Coles Kitchen Roasting Vegetables with Garlic and Rosemary
  • 4 Coles Deli RSPCA Approved Chicken Crumbed Schnitzels
  • 1 cup (250ml) Coles Pizza Sauce with Onion, Garlic & Herbs
  • 4 slices shaved leg ham
  • 2 cups (200g) Coles Pizza Blend Shredded Cheese

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Place the vegetables, garlic and rosemary on 1 lined tray. Spray with olive oil spray. Season. Bake for 25 mins or until the vegetables are golden and cooked through.
  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, place the schnitzels on the remaining lined tray. Spread evenly with the pizza sauce and top with ham and cheese.
  3. Step 3

    Bake schnitzels with the vegetables for the last 15-18 mins of cooking time or until golden and cooked through. Divide schnitzels and vegetables among serving plates. Season.
