Cheat's cauliflower cheese


  • 375g spaghetti
  • 490g jar cheese pasta sauce
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets, steamed
  • Basil pesto, to serve
  • Toasted breadcrumbs, to serve
  • Basil sprigs, to serve

  1. Step 1

    Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water following packet directions or until al dente. Drain.
  2. Step 2

    Heat a large deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the pasta sauce and cauliflower and stir to combine. Cook, stirring, until heated through.

  3. Step 3

    Add the pasta and toss to combine. Top with pesto, breadcrumbs and basil to serve.
