  • Coles Hot Roast RSPCA Approved Chicken, skin and bones removed, meat shredded
  • 1/2 cup (130g) Coles Mexico Smokey Salsa Roja
  • 175g pkt lightly salted tortilla chips
  • 400g pkt Coles Kitchen American BBQ Slaw Kit
  • 1 avocado, stoned, peeled, sliced

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Combine the chicken and 2 tbs salsa in a bowl. Place corn chips on a baking tray. Top with chicken mixture and bake for 5-8 mins or until chicken is heated through.

  2. Step 2

    Arrange half the slaw from the slaw kit evenly over the chicken mixture. Top with avocado and remaining salsa.

  3. Step 3

    Combine dressing from kit with 1 tbs water in a bowl. Drizzle some dressing mixture over the nachos. Serve with the remaining slaw and dressing mixture.
