  • Thinly sliced red chilli, to serve (optional)
  • Chopped peanuts, to serve
  • Lime wedges, to serve

    Heat a barbecue grill or chargrill on high. Cook skewers for 4-5 mins each side or until lightly charred and cooked through.

    Transfer to a serving platter. Serve with chilli, if using, chopped peanuts and lime wedges.
