This chocolate and caramel ice cream cake is the ultimate cheat's dessert, and it's perfect for any celebration!

Ingredients

  • 600g Coles Chocolate Mud Cake, split
  • 500g tub Coles Nutty Choc Caramel Ice Cream
  • 2 tbs caramel topping
  • ⅔ cup caramel popcorn
  • 2 x 50g Mars Snickers chocolate bars, coarsely chopped

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place the cake base, cut-side up, on a serving plate. Top with scoops of ice-cream and drizzle with half the caramel topping.

  2. Step 2

    Place cake top, icing-side up, over the ice-cream. Decorate with popcorn, chocolate bar and remaining topping. Serve immediately.
