  • 480g pkt Coles Slow Cooked Pork Shoulder with Apple & BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tbs taco seasoning
  • 4 burger buns, split, toasted
  • 1 baby cos lettuce, leaves separated
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 avocado, stoned, peeled, sliced
  • Chipotle mayonnaise, to serve
  • French fries, to serve

  1. Step 1

    Prepare the pork following packet directions. Add 1 tbs taco seasoning and toss to combine.
