Ingredients

  • 3 frozen bananas, roughly chopped
  • 1 steamed beetroot, peeled and cooled
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon Wellness Road White Chia Seeds
  • 250g mixed fresh berries
  • Handful of edible flower petals and leaves (optional)

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place bananas, beetroot, almond milk and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds into a food processor or blender. Pulse until and smooth.
  2. Step 2

    To serve, divide the smoothie mix into two serving bowls and top with a scattering of mixed berries, a sprinkle of chia seeds, and edible petals and leaves if using.

    For an extra boost, trying blending in a scoop of your favourite protein powder.
