Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place chicken and vegetables in a single layer on the lined tray. Bake for 25 mins or until golden and heated through.

    Place leaves and almonds from the salad kit in a large bowl. Add the vegetables and gently toss to combine.

  3. Step 3

    Serve salad with chicken and drizzle with dressing
