Chicken tenders with mango salad and chilli mayo


  • 400g pkt chicken tenders
  • 300g pkt Coles Fine Cut Coleslaw Veggie Shreds
  • 2 avocados, stoned, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 2 mangoes, stoned, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbs Roll’d Chilli Mayo Sauce

  1. Step 1

    Cook the chicken in an air-fryer or oven following packet directions.

    Meanwhile, place the coleslaw, avocado, mango and half the sauce in a large bowl. Gently toss to combine.

    Divide the chicken tenders and salad among serving plates. Season with pepper and drizzle with remaining sauce to serve.
