Ingredients

  • 500g Coles No Added Hormones Australian Beef Rump Steak
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup (125g) sweet chilli sauce
  • 350g pkt Coles Kitchen Asian Style Salad Kit

Method

  1. Step 1

    Heat a large frying pan over high heat. Season the steak and spray with olive oil spray. Cook the steak for 3 mins each side or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate and set aside for 5 mins to rest. Thinly slice.

  2. Step 2

    Add onion to the pan and cook, stirring, for 4 mins or until lightly caramelised. Return the steak to the pan with the soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce and cook, stirring, until well combined and heated through.

  3. Step 3

    Prepare the salad kit following packet directions in a large bowl. Arrange over a serving platter and top with the steak mixture to serve.
