Looking for a simple snack to make at home? You can’t go past these Choc-Cherry Crunch Bliss Balls. They’re filling, tasty and prepped in just 10 minutes.

  • 150g pkt Coles Australian Almonds
  • 12 pitted fresh dates
  • ¼ cup (30g) Coles Goji Berries
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder or cocoa powder
  • ½ cup (40g) shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons white or black chia seeds

  1. Step 1

    Process almonds in a food processor until finely chopped. Add pitted fresh dates, goji berries, cacao powder, shredded coconut and maple syrup.
  2. Step 2

    Process until almost smooth and well combined. Place white or black chia seeds on a plate. Roll 2-tbs portions of almond mixture into balls. Roll in chia seeds to evenly coat. Place on a lined tray in the fridge for 1 hour or until set. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
