Choc-dipped fortune cookies

Ingredients

  • 100 pkt fortune cookies
  • 100g white chocolate, melted
  • Pink liquid food colouring
  • Blue liquid food colouring
  • Sprinkles (mix-and-match with different shapes, such as funfetti and star-shaped), to decorate

Method

  1. Step 1

    Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Unwrap the cookies and place on the lined tray.
  2. Step 2

    Divide the chocolate into 3 bowls. Use food colouring to tint 2 of the chocolate portions pale pink and blue.
  3. Step 3

    Working quickly, dip 1 cookie halfway into melted chocolate. Return to tray. Repeat with remaining cookies and chocolate.
  4. Step 4

    Sprinkle some of the cookies with the sprinkles. Set. Place any remaining chocolate into separate sealable bags. Cut off 1 small corner. Drizzle over some of the cookies. Set.
