  • 2 cups (180g) Coles Organic Rolled Oats
  • 4 cups (1L) almond milk
  • 1 tbs Wellness Road Cacao Powder
  • 100g Coles No Added Sugar Dark Chocolate
  • 1/2 cup (140g) Wellness Road Peanut Butter
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 125g raspberries or 4 strawberries, quartered
  • Chopped unsalted peanuts, toasted, to serve
  • Honey, to serve

  1. Step 1

    Place the oats, almond milk and cacao powder in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 mins or until the mixture thickens.
  2. Step 2

    Place half the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Cook in the microwave on high for 30 secs. Stir and cook for further 30 secs or until the chocolate is smooth and melted. Chop the remaining chocolate.
  3. Step 3

    Divide the oat mixture among serving bowls. Top with peanut butter, banana, raspberry or strawberry and chopped chocolate. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Sprinkle with peanut and drizzle with honey to serve.
