Trim 1 end of each wafer to make a point. Place on a lined tray in the fridge to chill.
Dip the pointed end of each wafer in white chocolate to coat. Return to the tray and chill for 5 mins or until set.
Tint remaining white chocolate pink using a little food colouring. Dip opposite end of each wafer in chocolate to coat. Return to the tray and chill to set.
Place dark chocolate in a small sealable bag and cut off 1 corner. Pipe a little dark chocolate onto the pointed end of each wafer to make a pencil. Set.
