  • 450g pkt chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 10 salted pretzels
  • 23g pkt Mini Original Oreo Cookies, coarsely broken
  • 2 tbs Nestlé Bakers’ Choice Dark Chocolate Melts
  • ½ cup (125ml) Coles Chocolate Topping

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly grease a 15cm (base measurement) ovenproof frying pan.
  2. Step 2

    Roll out the cookie dough on a lightly floured surface to a 15cm disc. Place in the prepared pan. Sprinkle with pretzels, mini cookies and chocolate. Bake for 20 mins or until light golden but still slightly soft.
  3. Step 3

    Drizzle with chocolate topping. Serve immediately.
