Ingredients

  • Plain flour, to dust
  • 450g pkt Aunty Kath’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
  • Chocolate hazelnut spread, to serve
  • Sprinkles, to decorate
  • Mixed lollies, to decorate

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Dust a clean work surface with plain flour, then roll out cookie dough into a 20cm disc. Place on the lined tray. Use a knife to lightly score the surface into wedges. Bake for 12-15 mins or until golden. While the cookie is still warm, use a knife to score the wedges again. Set aside to cool completely.
  2. Step 2

    Spread with hazelnut spread and decorate with sprinkles and mixed lollies. Cut into wedges to serve.
