This homemade pizza sauce recipe is so easy to make. It’s perfect for  pizza night at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 large brown onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 700g jar passata sauce
  • 140g tomato paste
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Method

  1. Step 1

    Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic. Cook, stirring, for 5 mins or until onion softens. Add the passata, tomato paste and oregano and bring to a simmer. Season. Cool.
