Club sandwich sticks

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Coles Finest by Laurent White Sourdough Vienna*, cut into 2cm pieces
  • Mayonnaise, to serve
  • 12 ham slices
  • 12 turkey slices
  • 3 tasty cheddar slices
  • 2 baby Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 12 baby cos lettuce leaves, folded
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced

Method

  1. Step 1

    Spread each piece of sourdough with a little mayonnaise. Fold the ham slices and turkey slices into quarters. Cut the cheddar into quarters.
  2. Step 2

    Thread the bread, tomato, turkey, cheddar, lettuce, ham and cucumber onto skewers, finishing with bread.
