Method

  1. Step 1

Process biscuits in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Add the cream cheese and process until mixture comes together. Transfer to a bowl. Cover and place in the fridge for 30 mins to chill.

  2. Step 2

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Roll 1-tbs portions of the mixture into balls and place on the lined tray. Place in the fridge for 1 hour or until firm.

  3. Step 3

Melt the chocolate in a medium heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (make sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water). Combine the oil and food colouring in a small bowl. Add to the chocolate mixture and stir until combined.

  4. Step 4

Use a fork to dip the balls in the chocolate mixture, allowing excess to drip off. Place on the lined tray and immediately top with the sprinkles. Transfer to the fridge to set.

Recipe tip

COOK. STORE. SAVE.
Smart swap: Prefer milk chocolate? Feel free to dip the balls in melted milk chocolate and omit the food colouring from the recipe.

Make and take: These cute bites can be made up to a week ahead – just store them in the fridge in an airtight container, ready to be boxed and gifted when the time comes.
