  • 3 cups (750ml) cranberry juice
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) vanilla-flavoured vodka
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) Cointreau liqueur
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) lime juice
  • Lime zest, to serve

Method

  1. Step 1

    Combine the cranberry juice, vodka, Cointreau and lime juice in a jug. Pour into a shallow metal container. Cover with foil and place in the freezer for 4 hours or until firm.
  2. Step 2

    Use a large metal spoon to break mixture up. Place in a food processor and process until almost smooth. Spoon evenly among chilled serving glasses. Top with lime zest.
