This easy smoothie recipe is the perfect way to start your day. The addition of banana and yoghurt makes it nice and creamy, and extra satisfying.

Apple and Frozen Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (375ml) Golden Circle Apple Juice
  • 2 cups (250g) frozen mixed berries
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 2/3 cup (190g) Greek-style yoghurt
  • 1 tbs honey (optional)
  • Mint leaves, to decorate
  • Flaked coconut, to decorate

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place the juice, berries, banana, yoghurt and honey, if using, in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Step 2

    Divide the mixture between glasses. Decorate with mint and coconut to serve.
