  • 375g Coles Simply Spaghetti
  • 1 Coles Deli Middle Bacon Rasher
  • 1 cup shredded Coles RSPCA Approved Hot Roast Chicken
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 1/2 x 100g Coles Grated Parmesan

Method

  1. Step 1

    Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water following packet directions or until al dente. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup (125ml) cooking liquid.

  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, cook the bacon in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat for 3-4 mins or until crisp. Add the chicken and stir to combine.

  3. Step 3

    Add the pasta to the frying pan with the cream, parmesan and reserved cooking liquid. Cook, stirring, for 2 mins or until heated through and the sauce thickens slightly.

  4. Step 4

    Divide the pasta mixture among serving bowls. Season.
