Creamy guacamole


  • 2 medium avocados, stoned, peeled
  • 2 tbs lime juice
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup (60g) sour cream
  • 2 tbs chopped coriander
  • 1 long green chilli, seeded, finely chopped (optional)

  1. Step 1

    Place the avocado in a serving bowl and use a fork to mash until smooth.
  2. Step 2

    Add the lime juice, spring onion, sour cream, coriander and chilli, if using, and stir to combine.

    Serve with ground cumin, thinly sliced spring onion and thinly sliced green chilli (optional)
