Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (60ml) soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp cornflour
  • 500g Cook with Curtis Korean Recipe Beef Mince
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 cups (450g) steamed rice
  • 1 bunch baby broccoli, florets separated, stems thinly sliced

Method

  1. Step 1

    In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, cornflour, sesame oil and 1/3 cup (80ml) water until well combined.
  2. Step 2

    Heat a large heavy frying pan over high heat. Add mince and stir-fry, breaking up into 2cm pieces, for 3 mins or until browned. Add baby broccoli and stir-fry for 1 min or until baby broccoli is just tender. Add the soy sauce mixture and cook for 1 min or until mince and broccoli are cooked and well coated in the sauce.
  3. Step 3

    Divide rice among bowls and spoon over the beef mixture.

    Serve with... fried eggs, coriander and toasted sesame seeds.
