You’ll be bouncing out of bed when you have these date overnight oats ready for you in the fridge.

Date and macadamia overnight oats


  • 1 cup (90g) rolled oats
  • 1/2 Granny Smith apple, cored, cut into long matchsticks
  • 1 cup (280g) vanilla-flavoured yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) milk
  • 1/4 cup (40g) Coles Diced Dates
  • 1/4 cup (35g) Coles Australian Macadamia Pieces, toasted
  • 100g mixed berries
  • 2 tbs maple syrup
  • Macadamia Pieces, extra, to serve

  1. Step 1

    Combine the oats, apple, yoghurt, milk and dates in a medium bowl. Cover and place in the fridge overnight to soak.

  2. Step 2

    Stir in the macadamia. Spoon into bowls and top with berries, maple syrup and extra macadamia to serve.
