  • 8 Coles Australian Lamb Loin Chops
  • 300g pkt Coles Classic Slaw Salad Kit
  • 3 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 200g red Perino tomatoes, halved

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place the dukkah on a large plate. Press the lamb into the dukkah, turning to coat. Heat a greased barbecue grill or chargrill on high. Cook lamb for 5-6 mins each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate. Cover loosely with foil and set aside for 5 mins to rest.

  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, place the leaves from the salad kit, radish and tomato in a large bowl and toss to combine.

  3. Step 3

    Divide salad among serving plates. Top with the lamb and drizzle with the vinaigrette from the kit to serve.
