Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the garlic on a baking tray. Drizzle with a little oil and season. Bake for 45-50 mins or until garlic is tender when tested with a sharp knife.

  2. Step 2

    Set aside to cool, then gently squeeze garlic from the skin. Combine with mayo for a tasty sauce, or use to make garlic butter.

Recipe tip

You can roast as many garlic cloves as you’d like, without having to to adjust the cooking time. Roast the garlic on a baking tray with whatever protein or veggies you’re roasting for dinner.
