Ingredients

  • 400g pkt Coles Asia Hokkien Noodles
  • 500g Coles Australian No Added Hormones Beef Mince
  • 1 tbs curry powder
  • 350g pkt Coles Kitchen Asian Style Salad Kit (salad mix and noodles only)
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) oyster sauce

Method

  1. Step 1

    Prepare the hokkien noodles following packet directions. Drain well.
  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, heat a greased frying pan over medium-high heat. Add mince and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up lumps, for 5 mins or until mince changes colour. Add curry powder and cook, stirring, for 1 min or until aromatic.
  3. Step 3

    Add salad mix from the salad kit and stir-fry for 2 mins. Add the oyster sauce, hokkien noodles and 1/2 cup (125ml) water. Stir-fry for 5-7 mins or until the vegetables are tender. Divide among serving bowls and sprinkle with the noodles from the salad kit to serve.
